How To Block Off Unavailable Times in the Shared Calendar

1. Log in to the email / gmail account the calendar is shared with.

2. In the menu on the top right, click on the "Calendar" icon

3. Once on the calendar page, you'll see a list of calendars. Uncheck all of them except the one we shared with you. It will be named Office Name - Office Location.

4. After selecting this calendar, click the "+ Create" button at the top left of the page.

5. In the dialog box that pops up, input the times you would like to block off as busy / unavailable. Make sure "Event" is selected and the calendar option (bottom option) matches the calendar we shared.

Click "Save"

6. Click on the newly created event, and confirm the title next to the calendar icon matches the name of the calendar we shared.

In this example, Tuesday the 3rd from 9 to 10 am is now considered unavailable by Contente. Success!
