All appointments made with "Tentative Scheduling" are only requests for a specific time. Leads will have to speak with someone at your office in order to confirm their appointment.

Once a lead schedules their appointment with the system or online, we send them a message saying:

"Your appointment request has been confirmed for {{appt_date}} at {{appt_time}}."

This is immediately followed up by a message informing the lead that:

"This appointment time is tentative. In order to confirm your appointment, we ask that you please speak with someone from our office. So give {{office_phone}} a call or be on the lookout for a call from us. Thanks!"

This will signify to the lead that the appointment they set up is only a request until it is confirmed with your team. As usual, you'll receive an email notification with the lead's requested appointment and contact information at which point your team can reach out to the lead to confirm or reschedule that appointment.
