When a new contact enters your community, you will will receive a notification.
There are two ways you can proceed from here:
Allow Contente to do the outreach, engagement, scheduling, and follow up.
Reach out to that new lead yourself.
In the first scenario, these notifications will require no action. By the time you receive notice of a new community member, Contente will have already sent them a text message to engage them. They may have requested an appointment immediately, in which case you'll receive a second notification concerning the appointment specifics.
If they do not schedule immediately online, Contente will be following up to answer any questions and get them scheduled for you.
In scenario two, your team will work side-by-side with Contente. We recommend placing a call to the lead ASAP and leaving a voicemail if you do not connect. The single goal of our combined outreach is to do whatever it takes to get that contact into your office.
If you do manage to schedule an appointment for a Contente community member of yours, you must inform Contente or else our system will continue to reach out to get them scheduled–creating unnecessary confusion and frustration.
To schedule an appointment for a Contente community member:
Find them in the community page of your dashboard
Click the pencil to edit their appointment
Click 'Reschedule' in the popup
Input the date and time of the appointment
This will also block off that time from your availability for others.
