When evaluating the performance of any marketing, your analysis should strictly be based on cost-per metrics.

That means you need to understand how much you are paying per lead, scheduling, and conversion.

Comparing these numbers to your profit-per metrics will give you exactly what your return is at any given time.

The metrics that matter most are as follows:

  1. ROI

  2. Cost Per Conversion

  3. Cost Per Lead

So how can you get those numbers?

  1. Cost Per Conversion: divide the light blue tile by the dark blue tile as seen below

    The Result? $327,000 / $8,940.66 = 36.57x ROI for this user

  2. Cost Per Conversion: divide the dark blue tile by the light blue tile as seen below

    The Result? $8940.66 / 327 = $27.34 per conversion for this user

  3. Cost Per Lead: divide the dark blue tile by the light blue tile as seen below

    The Result? $8940.66 / 1,408 = $6.35 per lead for this user
