Once you do have the calendar synced into your personal Google account, you'll want to remember to always follow these best-practices when viewing or editing the schedule:
Set your view to "Week" in the top right-hand corner drown-down.
Ensure you are viewing the appropriate time-zone by checking your calendar settings.
Once you're ready to view and read your calendar, it will appear something like this:
The way the Contente system works, your availability is assessed as any white space on the calendar greater than or equal to the appointment duration. In the example above, if the appointment was 60 minutes long, the only available slot would be Wednesday from 5-6 pm. As you can see, there are no other white spaces that could fit an hour-long event.
Given that this is a 30-minute appointment, though, they offer 3 slots in the morning and afternoon on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday (with 4 slots in the morning because the 11:30 am is open as well), and 3 appointments on Wednesday.
We will default to appointment suggestions on the half hour, but there is ultimately nothing stopping a lead from booking a 5:15 pm, in which case there would no longer be availability after 5 pm.

The orange events are the booked appointments, which should never overlap another event. Let us know if you have any questions on the setup of your calendar or need any changes processed.
